By using Away Bus It, you agree to follow the rules of the platform and acknowledge that we act as a booking intermediary.
Refund Policy
Refunds for ticket cancellations are subject to the specific bus operator's policy (VIP, STC, etc.) and may incur a platform processing fee.
3. Wallet Usage
Funds in the AwayBus Wallet are non-transferable to other users. Withdrawals back to Mobile Money are processed within 24 hours and may be subject to a 1% platform escrow fee.
4. Operator Liability
Away Bus It is not liable for mechanical breakdowns, delays caused by road traffic, or lost luggage. We will, however, facilitate communication between the user and the operator to resolve disputes.
